My closets friends & family consider me to be very nitpicky, anal & a tad bit petty. I may be this way because I’m a Virgo or at least that’s what I’m told. Personally, I do not read much into horoscopes & zodiac sgns but I do find the mystique interesting.
Anyway, I am finding that my nit pickyness & interest in small detail to be a big asset when it comes to macro photography (taking close-up pictures of small things). Sometimes, it takes me several minutes to manually focus on my subject , which is sometimes difficult especially when the wind is blowing but when you get that sweet spot & perfect shot, it makes the time & effort so worth it.
Like they say, little things mean a lot.

It’s the silver lining that matters… and in this case, that attention to detail leads to fabulous photos. Very much appreciated over here!

You got the bee? Really??? That is so cool! You should enter that into a photo contest if you hadn’t thought about it already… Make it a wallpaper! ;-) Heck, I’ll buy the wallpaper if you sell it. (If you’re reasonable. ;-)

AnnaC – Thx!!!
Disurbed Stranger – Thx During the warmer months my softer side comes out in my gardening. Through the year it comes out here & there. Like a typical man, I cannot show to much of that.
Cluizel – Thx!!!
NappTown – Yes, help keep a brother feed!!!
Tamra – I got you & on the wallpaper, email me the size of your monitor & I will hook you up boo…
Bizy Lizy – Thx so much!!! You know when I look at stuff before I look at it in the camera, I have a vision but when I look at it through my lens, it transforms to something much more. Not sure why but it happens. I think my grandmother “Mommie” for my artistic abilities.

You make me want to be a better photographer. And buy a better camera! Still though, I don’t think I could replicate such beauty. You’ve got a gift for sure.
