Had a great time today downtown Detroit shopping. Can’t believe that I had the opportunity to shop downtown. Maybe this city really is changing…
Then shit got real when I went to Vicente’s (I’m not a big fan of their food). Walked in and the hostess told me that I had to put on a shirt. I said no thanks then got to stepping in my boots.
As soon as I got to my car, she called out to me to come back. Too late!
I don’t have time for games.

Only thing I really like about Vincente’s are their tacos so far. I don’t put anything past ‘em, but I do think that they are occasionally overrated. And your experience with them confirmed my suspicions.
And yes, Downtown is coming back. I haven’t seen downtown this vibrant since the last days of Hudson’s on Woodward.
